質(zhì)構(gòu)儀用于藥錠強(qiáng)度測(cè)試的方法

物性測(cè)試儀（物性分析儀、質(zhì)構(gòu)儀）可以全程記錄片劑壓碎過(guò)程中的應(yīng)力變化情況。與一般硬度儀器相比，還可以得到初始模量和破裂功值，提供樣品更加全面的信息。

錠劑的崩解強(qiáng)度 （Strength） 取決于其輔料  （Excipient）的種類(lèi)和配比、以及壓片的工藝。 足夠的強(qiáng)度可以保證錠劑在加工（例如包衣、包裝）和運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中保持完整，不被破壞。 但過(guò)大的強(qiáng)度，也可能造成片劑在服用后，不能崩解，藥物不能釋放。針對(duì)控釋片劑而言，控釋效果與片劑的崩解強(qiáng)度也有著非常密切的關(guān)系。
